YPCC Singer Code of Conduct & Indemnification

Mission: YPCC cultivates an inclusive community through the joyful experience of choral music.

Vision: YPCC will foster connections by creating welcoming and accessible artistic experiences for all people who love to sing and appreciate music in the Greater Cincinnati community.

Committment to Access, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (ADEI):

The Young Professionals Choral Collective (YPCC) is committed to creating a space where all voices belong. We honor, believe and respect the lived experiences of all people. We strive to support justice and belonging for members of all racial identities, ethnicities, genders, neurotypes and disability statuses.

YPCC recognizes that many existing systems of power grant privilege and access unequally, and that equity is crucial to the long-term viability of both the arts and culture sector and communities-at-large to ensure that everyone has equal access to a full, vibrant, creative life.

YPCC is committed to fostering a welcoming, supportive space where singers who are transgender are seen and valued in their entirety.
